After you book with us, we thoroughly examine the details and scout the property using available online images and resources.
During the day of the photo session, we begin with a walkthrough to plan out the compositions and lighting setup. You’re welcome to be involved as much or as little as you prefer.
After finishing the photography onsite, we will process each composition into a polished final image. All editing is meticulously reviewed in-house to ensure consistent, high-quality results on every occasion.

Properties with less than 2,000 square feet usually produce between 35-50 finished photos, and includes a 24-hour turnaround time. Photos are delivered in a password protected account with multiple downloading and sharing options.
