Airbnb & Short-Term Rentals

How is STR photography different from MLS photography?

MLS photography supports a single sale and emphasizes layout and accurate presentation. STR photography markets an ongoing guest experience, with more time devoted to lifestyle details, amenities, atmosphere, and the character of the stay. Click to learn more.

How much does Airbnb photography cost?

Short-term-rental photography begins at $549. Final investment depends on property size and the production plan, including options such as aerial, twilight, video, and premium floor plans. View the pricing guide.

Why does STR photography require a larger investment?

The images are designed for long-term use across Airbnb, Vrbo, direct-booking websites, social media, and other marketing. Sessions require more styling, detail coverage, time on site, and custom post-production than a standard MLS assignment. Click to learn more.
